• Automatically publishes content to your WordPress websites
• Provides multi-language content creation
• Selects and includes royalty-free images in articles

The Service requires a valid subscription and connection to your WordPress website(s).

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use Postiver, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@postiver.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and website limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Annual subscriptions receive a discount as displayed at checkout
• Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.

4.4 Refunds and Cancellation

• Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund and immediate account downgrade
• After 14 days: Cancel to prevent renewal; access continues until period ends
• Annual subscriptions: Same policy applies from purchase date

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Postiver to generate and publish content to websites you own or have authorization to manage.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Create content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Produce spam, misleading information, or fake news
• Generate adult content, hate speech, or discriminatory material
• Impersonate individuals or organizations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Generated Content

Content generated through Postiver is owned by you upon generation and payment. You are granted full rights to use, modify, and publish this content.

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing generated content before publication
• Ensuring content accuracy and appropriateness
• Complying with laws regarding your published content
• Any consequences of publishing the content

6.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or require editing. We recommend reviewing all content before publication.

6.4 Images

Images included in generated content are sourced from royalty-free providers. You receive a license to use these images as part of your content.

7. WordPress Integration

7.1 Credentials

By connecting your WordPress site, you authorize Postiver to:

• Access your WordPress REST API
• Create and publish posts on your behalf
• Upload media to your WordPress library

7.2 Security

We recommend using WordPress Application Passwords instead of your main account password. Your credentials are encrypted and stored securely.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Circumstances beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Postiver is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content you publish or its consequences
• We are not liable for WordPress site issues, downtime, or data loss

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postiver, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you generate or publish
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends
• WordPress credentials are deleted from our systems
• Content already published to your sites remains yours
• No refund for remaining subscription period (unless within satisfaction guarantee)

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Postiver.
